Information handled by the application
Depending on how you use the site, the application stores account name and email, a password hash for password accounts, optional phone, saved delivery addresses, order and item snapshots, and order contact and shipping details. Optional Google or Apple sign-in may create basic profile and account-link records, including provider tokens managed by the authentication adapter, when those providers are configured. The cart is stored in your browser’s local storage. Contact-form submissions, including the name, email, optional phone, subject, message and any authenticated account association at submission time, are stored so support staff can respond. Support replies and internal notes are also retained with the contact record.
Payments and checkout
The current checkout creates an order with pending payment status and does not collect card, UPI or bank credentials. Payment gateway references are not currently stored. If payment processing is added later, this notice must be updated before launch.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, maintain saved addresses and order history, prepare and fulfil orders, contact customers about an order, provide support, protect the service and maintain operational records.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses necessary session cookies. Cart lines use browser local storage so a cart can persist between visits on the same browser. The current application code does not include analytics or advertising trackers.
Service providers and security
The application depends on its hosting, database and authentication infrastructure to operate. The business should identify actual providers and contractual safeguards before production. Passwords are stored as hashes; no online payment credentials are collected at this time. No system can promise absolute security.
Retention and your requests
Account, address and order records remain available for account operations, customer support and business records. A specific retention schedule, deletion workflow and process for access or correction requests still need to be established by Valley Harvest. Contact details must be configured before this page can direct a request to the responsible team.
Future changes
This notice must be reviewed before enabling payment gateways, analytics, marketing tools, courier integrations, contact-form delivery or other processors. It does not claim GDPR compliance or any certification.
